Insights & Visualisation Engineer- 2 positions (12-month Max term contract)This 12- month max term role exists to build and deliver insights using visualisation and querying tools and to enable outcomes that lead to better decision making and promote self-service and data literacy.Key TasksBuilding and providing insights across business areasDevelop subject matter expertise in the business area you work withEngaging with business users to consult and recommend best possible way to answer their business data questions.Providing rapid answers to business questions using a mix of queries and visualisationsSupporting Ad hoc data requests from across business areasIntegrate digital data such as website traffic and page views with warehouse to develop actionable insights to drive business decisionsBuilding Customer segmentation analytics and campaign performance reportingSetting up monitoring and alerting mechanisms to identify data issues and exceptionsIdentifying new ways to provide insights, promote data literacy and enable power users to make decisionsDesigning and building reporting data models that support user self-serve reportingProviding specialist knowledge of data elements to drive user adoption, self-services and promote data literacy within the Business communityExtracting and profiling data to understand structure, completeness, and qualityValidating through technical and business reconciliation that the data is correct and correctly understoodAnalysing, modelling, interpreting, and enhancing sophisticated datasets for the wider businessApplying independent judgement in creating new data solutions to business questionsManaging multiple BAU and ad-hoc activities across the team to deliver high-quality outputs on time.Self-motivated individual with proven analytical and problem-solving skills,
