The Payroll Manager will be responsible for:Leading end-to-end payroll processing for a national workforceManaging complex payroll transactions including terminations, redundancies, adjustments and manual calculationsOverseeing payroll compliance across awards, legislation and employment conditionsManaging monthly payroll activities, including payroll tax, superannuation, PAYG and reporting requirementsActing as the escalation point for complex payroll queriesCoaching, mentoring and developing payroll team membersPartnering with HR, Finance and operational leaders to deliver high-quality payroll outcomesIdentifying opportunities for process improvement, automation and efficiency gainsSupporting payroll system enhancements and broader business transformation initiativesGenuine opportunities for career developmentBeautiful Sunshine Coast locationThe successful Payroll Manager will have:Demonstrated experience in a Payroll Manager, Senior Payroll or Team Lead capacityProven end-to-end payroll experience within a large and complex workforce environmentStrong understanding of payroll legislation, awards,
