From schools and council facilities to medical fit-outs and industrial developments, we are known for our commitment to safety, quality and collaborative project delivery.The RoleReporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful day-to-day management of commercial construction sites, ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and supervise all on-site activitiesManage subcontractors, suppliers and direct labourMaintain strict compliance with WHS and quality requirementsConduct site meetings and liaise with clients and consultantsReview drawings and specifications to ensure accurate constructionIdentify and resolve site issues proactivelyMaintain site records and provide regular progress updatesEnsure projects are delivered on timeAbout YouA hands-on site leader who takes pride in workmanship and enjoys building strong relationships with your team and stakeholders.Previous experience leading commercial construction projectsStrong understanding of construction sequencing and quality finishesExcellent leadership and communication skillsProven ability to manage subcontractors and site teamsThorough knowledge of WHS legislation and site safety practicesCurrent Construction White CardCurrent Driver LicenceTrade qualification in Carpentry or related fieldWhy Join MyBuild Commercial?
