management information and market dataSupport valuation and deal structuring across live buy-side and sell-side mandatesDraft investment memos, board papers and materials for senior stakeholdersPrepare pitch materials, information memorandums and management presentationsLiaise directly with management teams, advisers and other external parties on live dealsMonitor and analyse portfolio positions where the firm has co-investedGet involved in origination and deal sourcing conversations, not just executionYour BackgroundWe're looking for candidates from one of two backgrounds: a Big 4 or mid-tier Transaction Services, M&A; or Corporate Finance team, or a current investment banking analyst.
