workforce development and employee relationsCommunity engagement and stakeholder partnershipsService delivery and continuous improvementBoard reporting and strategic supportOrganisational policies, systems and processesYou will play a key role in implementing the Board's Strategic Plan, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation, strengthening organisational capability and ensuring the Centre continues to deliver high-quality community services.About youYou are a confident and collaborative leader who understands that successful community organisations require both strong governance and robust relationships.You will bring:Demonstrated senior leadership experience, ideally within the community or not-for-profit sectorExperience managing organisational operations and reporting to a Board or CommitteeStrong governance, compliance and risk management capabilitySound financial management and budgeting skillsExperience leading, developing and supporting teamsStrong community engagement and stakeholder management skillsStrategic thinking and organisational development capabilityHighly developed written and verbal communication skillsThe ability to manage difficult conversations, conflict and sensitive matters with professionalism,
fairness and emotional intelligenceA genuine commitment to inclusive, respectful and collaborative leadership.A tertiary qualification in Community Services, Business, Management, Governance or a related discipline is desirable, or an equivalent combination of qualifications, leadership experience and demonstrated capability.Why join Singleton Neighbourhood Centre?
