MECCA is building a current Distribution Centre and continuing to evolve the technology that powers its warehouse, fulfilment and supply chain operations.

release cadence and deployment practices — reducing dependency on third-party vendors over timeLead three systems engineers across day-to-day support, operational health and continuous improvementPartner with warehouse, supply chain, product, BA and technology stakeholders to translate requirements and root causes into practical system changesProvide technical and operational leadership during incidents, including occasional P1/P2 supportWhat You Will BringStrong experience with Blue Yonder or another tier-one WMS/warehouse management platformTechnical ownership experience across warehouse, fulfilment, logistics, supply chain or retail technology environmentsExperience leading systems engineers, developers or technical support teams in a live operational settingConfidence reviewing code, assessing pull requests, and owning release cadence and codebase governanceStrong Java (or Java-adjacent) backend capability, plus JavaScript and Microsoft SQL Server experienceStrong operational problem-solving skills, comfortable working directly with warehouse, service desk and technology stakeholdersNice to havePrior experience moving codebase ownership from a vendor back in-houseExposure to Blue Yonder Page BuilderExperience with Shippit or other transport/fulfilment platformsExperience in retail or e-commerce fulfilmentNo exact Blue Yonder background?
