mentoring and certificationsWhat We're Looking For:There are potentially two backgrounds that could work particularly well.You may already be working as a Project Engineer, Technical Consultant or Professional Services Engineer within an MSP and be looking for your next opportunity.Alternatively, you could be a strong Level Engineer who has gained exposure to project work alongside BAU support and now wants the opportunity to move more heavily into project delivery.Either way, you'll ideally bring:Strong experience working within a consulting environmentBroad technical knowledge across modern Microsoft and infrastructure environmentsHands-on experience contributing to or delivering IT projectsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilityAn understanding of project scope, change, risk and delivery principlesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsConfidence dealing directly with customers and stakeholdersStrong documentation habits and attention to detailThe ability to manage your workload and take ownership of outcomesA genuine desire to continue learning and developing technicallyMost importantly, we're looking for someone who takes pride in delivering quality work and wants to develop beyond reactive support into a more project-focused technical career.Why Consider This Opportunity?
