The organisation delivers person-centred care designed to promote participant independence, dignity, safety, and wellbeing.With a strong commitment to clinical governance, quality service delivery, and continuous improvement, the organisation supports participants through skilled teams, structured care planning, and collaborative relationships with families, guardians, health professionals, and community stakeholders.About The OpportunityThe primary purpose of this position is to provide clinical and operational leadership across NDIS Supported Independent Living homes and related community supports.Some of your responsibilities will include:Leading day-to-day operations of Supported Independent Living homesSupervising, coaching, and mentoring Support Workers, and managing rosters and shift coverageConducting assessments and maintaining care plans, support plans, and nursing assessmentsOverseeing medication management and identifying/escalating clinical risksCoordinating health appointments and supporting participant routines and personal goalsMaintaining compliance, documentation, and stakeholder communicationAbout YouThe successful candidate will have:Current AHPRA registration as a Registered NurseMinimum 5 years' nursing experiencePrevious clinical, operational,



or team leadership experienceCurrent First Aid, CPR certification andNational Police ClearanceCurrent NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtainCompletion of the NDIS Worker Orientation ModuleValid WA Driver's Licence and reliable vehicleYou must also have:Strong knowledge of duty of care, clinical risk, and safe practiceExcellent written, verbal, and stakeholder communication skillsStrong documentation, reporting, and attention to detailAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentConfidence coaching staff and addressing performance concernsStrong problem-solving, judgement, resilience, and initiativeAbility to use Microsoft Office and relevant care and reporting systemsHighly regarded:Experience within NDIS Supported Independent Living servicesExperience using QUASR, ShiftCare, Employment Hero, or SharePointKnowledge of medication governance and clinical escalation proceduresExperience supporting audits, investigations, and root cause analysisUnderstanding of the NDIS Practice Standards and Code of ConductWhat's in it for You?
