Lords is well positioned to continue shaping Australia's built environment for years to come.The OpportunityAs Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of on-site works, ensuring the project is delivered safely, efficiently and to the high standard of finish expected across all Lords projects.
Your responsibilities will include:Leading and coordinating all site-based construction activitiesManaging subcontractors, trades and site personnelDriving the construction programme and short term look ahead planningManaging staging, sequencing, logistics and site accessMaintain strong standards across safety, quality and presentationIdentifying and resolving site and construction issues proactivelyManaging inspections, defects, commissioning and project close-outBuilding strong relationships with consultants, subcontractors and key project stakeholdersTo be Successful in the Role, you will have:Demonstrated experience delivering fit out and refurbishment projects as a Site ManagerHospitality, hotel, accommodation or high-end finishes experience highly regardedExcellent subcontractor and stakeholder management skills and communicationStrong programming and construction sequencing capabilityA detailed understanding of WHS, quality and compliance requirementsA hands-on solution focused approach to site leadership and managementA commitment to delivering high-quality projects and work
