You'll report to the GM-HR, and work closely with them day to day, so you'll need genuine influence and a thick skin, someone who can take direct feedback without taking it personally.Based in Subiaco, a five minute walk from the train, with regular travel required to build real relationships on the ground in the Goldfields.What we're looking forStrong hands-on talent sourcing capability and a genuine passion for finding people in a tight marketModern recruitment thinking: comfortable with new sourcing technology,
