ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITYAre you passionate about building brands within local communities and creating meaningful customer connections?
As a Community Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of hyper‐local marketing strategies that build brand fame, drive client acquisition, and strengthen community engagement across Australia and New Zealand retail networks.
Working closely with Business Leaders, advisors, marketing specialists, and external partners, you will create innovative campaigns, events, partnerships, and communications that elevate brand presence and support business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive brand ambassador initiatives across the networkOwn and drive the Billboard layer of the Operational Excellence modelBrief designers and digital marketing specialists to deliver effective campaignsExperience in community management, social media, copywriting, and localised PRBuild and maintain strong supplier, agency, media, and community partner relationshipsSupport Business Leaders in developing strong personal brands and local market presenceDeliver community‐specific marketing initiatives focused on luxury client acquisition and retentionCreate and implement local event strategies that build credibility, engagement, and sales opportunitiesDevelop communications plans, email marketing schedules, and campaign content for local databasesManage marketing budgets, including media investment, creative decisions, measurement, and reportingManage implementation of marketing plans, ensuring KPIs and deliverables are achieved and reported monthlyAnalyse client marketing engagement and retention opportunities to grow loyalty and database performanceCollaborate with internal stakeholders including Operations, Marketing, Business Leaders,



and travel advisorsDevelop and execute hyper‐local Billboard marketing strategies that increase brand awareness and community visibilityAssist Business Leaders in hosting bespoke events, including client journeys, follow‐up strategies, and success reportingContribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Event management experienceBased in Brisbane with travel required as neededTravel industry experience desirable but not essentialExperience in client acquisition and retention marketingBasic website platform management experience desirableStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsReal Estate industry experience desirable but not essentialLuxury brand marketing experience desirable but not essentialWorking knowledge of Google My Business and Google AnalyticsDigital marketing experience, including organic and paid social mediaAbility to perform in a high‐performance, results‐driven environmentExperience briefing and managing external agencies and suppliersStrong organisational, relationship‐building, and problem‐solving skillsProven budget management, reporting, and campaign measurement experienceExperience presenting strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders and gaining buy‐inProven experience developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive business growthMinimum 5 years' experience in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Event Management, or a related discipline
