As the business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Commercial Projects team based in Kurnell.Reporting to the Commercial General Manager, this role will suit a disciplined, commercially minded and hands‐on project professional who can take ownership of projects from contract review through to delivery.
You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget and with clear communication across all stakeholders.You will also play a key role in leading and mentoring a small team, including project and drafting resources.About the roleYour key responsibilities will include:Reviewing construction contracts and identifying project risks, obligations and delivery requirementsDeveloping and managing project plans, schedules, budgets and quality requirementsCoordinating drawings, engineering, procurement, production, delivery and installation activitiesManaging subcontractors, suppliers and site‐related project requirementsLiaising with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teamsMonitoring project progress, costs, variations,



risks and commercial performanceConducting site inspections and resolving project issues as they arisePreparing clear progress reports for clients and internal stakeholdersEnsuring all project activities comply with WHS&E; requirements and company standardsAbout youTo be successful in this role, you will ideally have:5–10 years' experience in construction project managementA tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related disciplineStrong understanding of construction contracts, drawings, specifications and project documentationProven ability to manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors and client expectationsExcellent written, verbal and stakeholder management skillsStrong commercial awareness and a practical, solutions‐focused approachConfidence working across internal teams, external clients, consultants and site‐based stakeholdersStrong systems capability and attention to detailThe ability to lead, mentor and hold others accountableThis is an opportunity to join a growing Australian manufacturer with a robust project pipeline, a supportive team environment and genuine opportunities for continued growth and development.You will gain broad exposure across project delivery, manufacturing, procurement, engineering, commercial operations and client management — making this a role with real scope and impact.An attractive salary package will be offered to the successful candidate.Applicants must have unrestricted work rights in Australia.
