Our success is hardwired to our customers' success, and we measure ourselves by how well we deliver, every project, every time.About the roleWe are currently seeking an experienced Hire Controller to join our high preforming Select Plant Australia team based out of Seven Hills, NSW.The purpose of this role is to understand customer requirements and convert opportunities in a timely manner to ensure a seamless experience by managing the end-to-end process for all hire contracts.This permanent role offers great career prospects with one of the largest specialist plant hire businesses in Australia.Key responsibilitiesAddress all customer queries in a timely and effective manner and cultivate lasting relationshipsFulfil customer requests for the hire of construction plant, equipment, vehicles,



site accommodation and toolsDrive customer focus throughout the business, ensuring that the use of Select own plant and equipment is maximizedLeverage existing customers relationships to identify areas of potential growth or opportunityReconcile project charges prior to charge run to ensure all customer invoicing is current and accurateReview queried invoices with suppliers for payment or dispute escalationGenerate credits to customers for invoicing errors where required and in line with DOACreate variations to supplier orders as required to account for additional items, damages and other sundry chargesAbout you3+ years experience preferred in a related role (e.g. plant hire, dispatch, commercial, construction, logistics, asset management)A good working knowledge of the construction and plant hire industriesExcellent alpha/numerical data entry skillsWe work hard to create an environment that brings out the best in our people.
