You will ensure compliance with legislative and statutory requirements to enable us to continue to deliver a high standard of care and most importantly, a quality lifestyle for our residents.Working within a supportive and dynamic team, you will be provided with a challenging and diverse work environment, as well as an opportunity for you to contribute and make a real difference to the residential aged care community.We currently have a full time permanent opportunity for an experienced Clinical Care Coordinator for our facility in The Mariner, South West Rocks.Your main duties will include:Coordinate the delivery of quality clinical services in line with a resident centred model of careMaintain current knowledge and understanding of Aged Care Funding modelsManage and provide efficient, effective and compassionate care planning and assessmentCoordinate the availability of medical stock and other health related supplies to ensure sufficient and adequate suppliesAbout youRegistered Nurse with current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)A commitment to work within Calvary's Mission,
