An opportunity has become available for a Business Services Manager to join an cutting-edge, tech-forward CA practice.
They have been providing Accounting, Tax, Corporate Advisory and CFO Advisory services to clients for almost 20 years and have become a prominent and respected firm in the marketplace.
Their clients range from SMEs, corporates, family groups, investments to international businesses.
You will play a key role by assisting the Partners with the development of the business, as well as managing existing clients and the day-to-day activities and controls of the firm.
This role will function in both an advisory and compliance capacity.
Reporting to the PartnerManaging portfolio of approx.
$800k in fees along with 2-3 team membersPreparation, delegate and review of compliance work including financial statements, tax returns, activity statements, FBT, etcResearch and provision of tax advice on issues including FBT, Div7A, GST, CGT concessions,



etcTax planning and restructuring adviceMaintaining strong relationships with clients in Australian and internationallySetting budgets, schedule workflow, manage delivery and deadlines.Mentor and develop staff and be proactively engaged in building strong relationships with all stakeholdersSpecial ad-hoc project work
Applicants
Experience working in a Supervisor or Manager capacity in public practice accountingCA/CPA qualifiedStrong computer literacy skills in particular with cloud-based programsExcellent interpersonal and communications skillsDiligent and an eye for accuracy and completenessAbility to manage own portfolio and build on client relationshipsExperience in leading a teamA willingness to be actively involved with team and the business
