Enjoy club membership + flexible hoursWe are seeking vibrant Group Fitness Instructors to build our comprehensive group fitness offering seven days a week from 6:00am to 8:30pm.Some of the Classes on offer include:AquaSpinYogaBoxingBarreTai ChiPilates - Mat and ReformerRegistered fitness leadersWorking With Children/Vulnerable People checkCurrent CPR certificationDuties and Responsibilities and Expectations:Classes cover a 7-day timetable from 6am to 8:30pmTo exceed the expectations of members in our Group Fitness ProgramTo be available to assist in regular timetable participation in allocated and fill in classesTo be able to instruct safely while providing members with a challenging and fun environment.About YouA passion for member engagement and high quality customer service;Demonstrated group exercise experience while ensuring safety, growth and quality;Proven ability to develop, propose and implement ideas;Experience with setting and meeting performance targets and motivating members;Robust interest and passionate about health & fitness industry;Demonstrated ability to design and deliver innovate fitness programs;Education and QualificationsMinimum of 2 years experience within the industry;First Aid & CPR;Recognized health and fitness qualifications to a minimum level of Certificate IV including Registration with Fitness Australia desirable, not essentialWorking with Children clearance.Please note:Flexible hours and days (7 days a week)Proof of right to work in Australia documentation will be required to be presented at the first interviewWorking with Children Check is mandatory for this role
