You will assess callers by phone, deliver evidence-based health advice, and determine appropriate care pathways with a focus on secure, timely escalation.Ideal candidates hold an unrestricted AHPRA RN licence, a minimum four years post-graduate experience in acute/ER or complex primary care, and are comfortable working night shifts within a national telehealth
