From coaching Store Managers to driving commercial performance, your leadership will have a direct impact on the stores in your cluster and the broader success of the NSW region.This is a hands-on, people-first role where you'll support Store Managers to achieve KPIs, build high-performing teams, and uphold KOOKAÏ's service culture.
Reporting to the State Manager for NSW, you'll bring both strategic thinking and practical execution to every store in your cluster.WHAT YOU'LL DOBuild and develop high-performing teams with a focus on succession planning and leadership developmentDevelop and maintain a harmonious, motivating work environment to maximise employee engagement and commitmentTrain, coach, and mentor Store and Assistant Managers using KOOKAÏ's in-house training programs and workshopsSupport recruitment across the region, ensuring an exceptional candidate experienceGuide, support and conduct performance discussions in line with company policies and proceduresCoordinate stock management and product cycle counts to ensure operational accuracyEnsure store operational requirements are effectively completed and maintainedUphold KOOKAÏ's high standards of store presentation and visual merchandisingAnalyse sales trends,



identify areas of opportunity and implement action plans to drive resultsAchieve profit contribution, sales, and KPI targets within the regionWHAT YOU'LL BRING4+ years' proven experience as a Cluster or Area Manager within fashion retail, overseeing a minimum of 4 storesA people-first approach with robust leadership and motivational skillsProven success in achieving sales, profit and KPI resultsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPragmatic, hands-on approach with strong organisational and time management skillsFinancial acumen, including the ability to interpret P&L; statements and sales reportsProficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)Ability to multitask, prioritise effectively and work with a sense of urgencyProblem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environmentA valid driver's licence and access to a vehicleA willingness to travelAt a time when KOOKAÏ is growing both here in Australia and globally, this is a genuine opportunity to shape talent, drive commercial results, and grow your career.
