Working closely with our leadership team and otherdepartments, you will drive operational excellence, foster apositive team culture and ensure every guest receives a warm,seamless and memorable experience throughout their stay.This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader whothrives in a fast-paced hotel environment, enjoys developing peopleand is passionate about delivering outstanding service.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach and develop the Front Office team, fostering apositive, engaged and high-performing team cultureOversee the day-to-day Front Office operations, ensuringsmooth, efficient service delivery and adherence to hotel policies,procedures and brand standardsManage rostering and labour costs, aligning staffing levelswith occupancy, business demands, and operational requirementsManage departmental financial performance, supporting budgetmanagement, monitoring expenses and productivity, and drivingopportunities to maximise revenue and cost efficiencyDrive exceptional guest experiences, overseeing arrivals,departures, room allocations, ALL & Accor Plus loyalty members, VIPguests and special requests, while proactively managing guestfeedback, complaints and service recoveryWork collaboratively across departments,
partnering withHousekeeping, Reservations, Maintenance, Food & Beverage and otherteams to ensure seamless hotel operationsChampion continuous improvement and operational excellence,monitoring departmental KPIs, compliance and processes whilemaintaining a strong focus on health, safety and guestsatisfaction.
Remain calm and decisive during emergencies, ensuringthe safety and wellbeing of both team members and guestsProvide strong leadership across the hotel, contributing tohotel-wide initiatives, projects and operational planning whilecollaborating with other departments to support the overall successof the hotelAbout YouProven 3+ years' experience in a Front Officeleadership role, such as Front Office Manager or Assistant FrontOffice Manager, within a fast-paced hotel environment, with theability to lead, coach and motivate a high-performing teamExceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion forcreating memorable experiencesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with theability to build strong relationship with guests, colleagues andstakeholdersStrong organisational skills with exceptional attention todetail and the ability to manage competing prioritiesA proactive hands on approach and a positive attitude, strongwork ethic and ability to work collaboratively as part of ateamHold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)CertificatePossess current First Aid andCPR certificationsFlexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends,public holidays and evening shifts as required
