Central Cleaning Supplies is seeking an experienced Systems & Database Manager to support the Users, ERP system, databases, reporting, integrations, and internal business systems.
This is a hands-on, office-based role reporting to the Group CFO and Managing Director.The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for internal system and IT-related issues and will coordinate with the external IT provider for managed servers, network, cybersecurity, patching, and infrastructure support.Key responsibilitiesSupport and monitor ERP, databases, reporting tools, integrations, and business-critical systemsAct as the first point of contact for internal IT and system-related issuesCoordinate with the external IT company for support tickets, server matters, patching, updates, and service issuesMaintain and improve SQL databases, queries, views, stored procedures, reports, and data processesDevelop and maintain Crystal Reports, management reports, operational reports, and system reportsUse Python, SQL, PowerShell, APIs, CSV, XML, JSON, EDI, and automation tools to improve system efficiencySupport EDI, API integrations,



data imports/exports, and system-to-system data exchangeAssist with Power BI dashboards, KPI reports, and business intelligence reportingSupport users with ERP, reporting, data, and system queriesIdentify system improvements and help streamline business processesAbout youNexus ERP experience will be highly regardedExperience with APIs, EDI, data integrations, CSV, XML, JSON, and automation toolsStrong SQL database administration and reporting experienceStrong Crystal Reports experience is essentialPython programming skills are essentialGood understanding of ERP and business systemsPower BI skills will be an advantageStrong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and manage prioritiesAttractive salary package for the right candidateStable full time role with a well-established national businessHands-on role across ERP, databases, reporting, automation, EDI, and integrations
