This role is responsible for driving new business growth across warehousing and integrated 3PL solutions, while identifying aligned transport opportunities that support COPE's broader network.You will play a critical role in designing commercially viable and operationally sound 3PL solutions, working closely with Operations, Pricing, and Leadership teams to ensure successful delivery and long-term customer partnerships.
This is a strategic and consultative sales role requiring strong industry expertise, commercial acumen, and stakeholder engagement.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a structured sales strategy to build a pipeline of 3PL and warehousing opportunitiesIdentify, qualify, and shape opportunities aligned with COPE's facility capability and target marginsDesign integrated 3PL solutions including storage, inventory management, handling, and labour modelsEnsure all opportunities are commercially sound, operationally feasible, and submitted for internal approval (RMM) prior to commitmentCollaborate with Operations and Pricing teams to validate capacity, solution design,



and pricing structuresStructure complementary transport solutions aligned to 3PL opportunities and network requirementsMaintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and opportunity data within CRM systemsMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify growth opportunitiesSupport onboarding of recent customers and ensure compliance with internal processes and service standardsWhat will you bring to the role:Minimum 5 years' experience in logistics business development, with strong 3PL warehousing exposureDemonstrated understanding of 3PL operations including storage, inventory, and value-added servicesProven ability to design and sell integrated logistics and warehousing solutionsStrong commercial acumen with the ability to structure profitable and sustainable dealsExcellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across all levelsHigh attention to detail and strong planning capabilityAdvanced communication and presentation skillsExperience working within structured approval and governance frameworks is highly desirableWhat we offer:Working with COPE means joining a national brand with strong career pathways.
