This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing a nine-person crew in a Lead Smelter Sinter Plant setting, with a 4-on 4-off residential Mount Isa roster and 12-hour rotating shifts.3-5 years of supervisory experience in mining, processing or heavy industry is required; experience with fixed plant and materials handling is advantageous.
