AtStatewide Rehabilitation Services (SRS), yourskills will be backed by a team that values your professional judgement,supports your development and gives you room to do the work properly.Across our community offices and custodial facilities, ourteam gives young people involved in the justice system the consistent clinicalcare they need to rebuild their lives.Using evidence-informed practice, you will guide the youngpeople throughlife-changing shifts in mindset, behaviour and self-belief.You will empower them to make positive choices, and learn current skills to reduceharmful behaviours.

But it'swork thatmakes a real differenceboth to young people's futures and to our state'ssafety.We are currently recruiting for permanent and fixed-termopportunities in the Western region based at the Cherry Creek Youth JusticePrecinct.You will:Workwithin a forensic framework with young people who engage in seriousoffending behaviour and may present as a moderate to high risk ofreoffending.Useyour skills and judgement to deliver therapeutic interventions for youngpeople with complex needs andbuild respectful, supportiverelationships.Contributeto a strong team culture where peer support and collaboration with otherstakeholders are central to success.Takepart inregular training and development,
