As we continue to grow nationally, we are seeking an experienced and passionate National Quality, Compliance and Risk Manager.This is a unique leadership opportunity for an experienced disability, health or community services professional capable of driving a continuous improvement culture and practice across the organisation.About the RoleReporting to National Manager - Clinical, Safeguarding & Quality and part of the Quality and Safeguards Leadership team, you will take the lead in maintaining the organisation's accreditation and compliance with all current and future sector standards, legislation, mandatory requirements.This will be achieved by conducting regular internal audits of all operational departments against accreditations standards, managing external audits, complaints management reporting and by incorporating changes and improvements in organisational policies and procedures.Key Responsibilities will include:Audit, Risk and ComplianceConduct internal audits according to schedule and provide reports to relevant business unitsReview and develop audit tools and schedulesEnsure operational compliance within the quality and compliance frameworkCompile action plan reports on nonconformities or continuous improvementsCoordinate the process for engaging and facilitating the external auditsReview and develop company policies, procedures, and work instructionsProvide monthly reports across Audit, Incidents, Complaints, Risk, Quality, RTW and ComplianceManage incident reporting by coordinating the handling of incidentsManagement and LeadershipBuild and maintain relationships with internal staffTraining,



mentoring and development of management and staff to ensure compliance and standardsLead by example and actively promote the ONCALL values and visionAbout YouYou will bring proven experience in a similar role that has incorporated audit, quality, compliance, and WorkCover policy development.
With exceptional communication skills and a proactive mindset, you will succeed in working collaboratively across teams to embed quality and safeguarding practices in ways that are practical, engaging, and genuinely valued by our teams.You will bring:Relevant tertiary qualifications that demonstrates knowledge and skills incorporating auditing, compliance and policy developmentCurrent knowledge of the NDIS, DHHS regulatory framework and its legislative requirementsExperience across all aspects of audit and quality processes, risk management and reportingExperience in writing and developing and reviewing company policies and procedures in line with legislative requirementsCapacity to improve and develop company systems and proceduresOutstanding stakeholder engagement and relationship-management skillsHighly developed written and verbal communication skillsStrong organisational, analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAdvanced computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applicationsCurrent Driver's LicenceAbility to travel intrastate and interstate as requiredWhy Join ONCALL?
