This role suits a proactive professional who thrives in remote project environments and is committed to delivering work safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.An amazing opportunity for local residents of Weipa.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate civil construction crews (up to 10 personnel)Oversee daily site operations including earthworks, concrete works, drainage, and associated civil infrastructureEnsure all works are completed safely and in accordance with Australian Standards, site specifications, and project requirementsSupport with Project Managers and Department Managers to meet budgets and timelinesLiaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain workflow and productivitySource and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors where requiredConduct toolbox talks, JSAs, risk assessments,
