Project Manager | Civil InfrastructureQueanbeyan Region, NSW | $***** - $***** per hour + Super | Contract until June ****An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of major civil infrastructure projects in the Queanbeyan and Snowy Monaro region.This role is ideal for a project professional with a solid background in civil construction, capital works, or infrastructure delivery who enjoys a mix of site-based and office-based project management responsibilities.The OpportunityWorking across multiple infrastructure projects, you will be responsible for managing project delivery, monitoring budgets and schedules, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring project outcomes are achieved safely, on time, and within budget.This position offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful infrastructure projects while working closely with contractors, consultants, and project teams.Contract DetailsContract Period: 31 August **** to 30 June ****Pay Rate: $***** - $***** per hour + SuperHours: 35 hours per week (7 hours per day, Monday to Friday)Location: Queanbeyan Region, NSWWork Arrangement: Site-based and office-based project delivery rolePosition Type: ContractKey ResponsibilitiesDeliver civil infrastructure projects within approved scope, budget, quality, and schedule requirements.Monitor project performance and provide progress and financial reports to senior stakeholders.Review and verify contractor programs, claims, payments, cash flow forecasts, and project invoicing.Manage project risks, including safety, environmental, and delivery risks.Coordinate contractors, consultants,



and stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes.Support and mentor junior team members and project resources.Ensure compliance with project governance, policies, and procedures.AboutYou To be successful in this role, you will possess:Demonstrated experience delivering complex infrastructure, civil construction, or capital works projects.Strong project management, planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement skills.Experience managing project budgets, contractor performance, and project reporting.Excellent communication and relationship management capabilities.The ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes within strict time, cost, and quality constraints.Desired QualificationsRelevant qualifications in:Project ManagementCivil EngineeringConstruction ManagementBuilding or a related disciplineEssentialCurrent NSW/ACT Driver's Licence.Willingness to travel to regional or remote project locations, including occasional overnight stays.Ability to successfully complete required pre-employment screening checks.Ideal ExperienceProject Manager (Infrastructure)Civil Project ManagerProject EngineerConstruction Project ManagerCapital Works Project ManagerInfrastructure Delivery ManagerSenior Project OfficerWhat's on Offer?
