This is a unique opportunity for a market research professional who enjoys uncovering the "why" behind the "what" and translating insights into meaningful business impact.
You'll work across a broad range of healthcare topics, from consumer health to prescription medicines, medical technologies and complex disease areas.
You'll help clients solve business challenges by combining qualitative and quantitative insights with real-world healthcare data and evidence.
We're looking for a solid qualitative researcher with experience contributing to quantitative and mixed-methodology studies.You'll collaborate with Senior Consultants and Associate Principals to deliver impactful projects that influence commercial strategy, patient engagement, treatment adoption, and healthcare outcomes.
Whether you're moderating interviews, supporting research design, synthesising insights and contributing to strategic recommendations, or translating data into compelling stories,



you'll play a key role in helping clients make confident decisions.What You'll Be DoingContribute to the design and delivery of bespoke healthcare and consumer health research projects across qualitative, quantitative, and mixed methodologiesConduct and support in-depth interviews, online communities, workshops, and focus groups with healthcare professionals, patients, caregivers, consumers, and other key stakeholdersExplore attitudes, beliefs, behaviours, unmet needs, treatment journeys, and decision-making processes across a broad range of healthcare categoriesAnalyse qualitative and quantitative findings to uncover actionable insights and strategic implications that drive business decisionsManage project timelines, fieldwork partners, stakeholder communications, and quality processesContribute to proposal development and research approaches that address strategic client challengesSupport the delivery of real-world evidence and insights projects that combine primary research with healthcare data and evidenceDevelop impactful presentations, reports, and storylines for internal and client audiencesPresent findings internally and progressively take on client-facing presentation opportunitiesDevelop expertise across healthcare consulting, market research, behavioural science, and real-world evidenceCollaborate with senior consultants, associate principals and subject-matter experts on high-profile healthcare projectsContribute to thought leadership, innovation, and continuous improvement initiativesAbout YouYou're naturally curious,



enjoy solving complex problems, and are passionate about understanding human behaviour in healthcare.What You'll BringBachelor's degree in Marketing, Psychology, Behavioural Science, Economics, Public Health, Life Sciences, or a related discipline3-5 years' experience in a primary market research agencyStrong qualitative research experience, including conducting or moderating interviews and focus groupsExperience contributing to quantitative and mixed-methodology studies, including data analysis, interpretation, and synthesis of findingsExperience translating data into compelling insights and strategic recommendationsExcellent analytical thinking, communication and storytelling skillsExcellent project management and organisational capabilitiesA collaborative mindset with a desire to learn, grow, and take ownershipExposure to healthcare, pharmaceuticals, biotech, medtech, healthcare data, or real-world evidence is highly regardedValid working rights in AustraliaWhy IQVIA?
