integration and continuous improvementDuties and responsibilities include:Gather and document business requirements and translate into functional specificationsConfigure and support TechnologyOne CES modules (Finance, Procurement, Asset Management)Provide functional solution design input, including process improvements and optimisationSupport testing activities including UAT planning, defect triage and go-live readinessCoordinate with vendors to align delivery to agreed designs and quality expectationsProduce handover documentation and support operational transitionWe are looking for someone with:Strong TechnologyOne CES functional experience, ideally across Finance and Assets/Works (and/or Procurement)Demonstrated BA capability - workshops, process mapping, requirements definition and stakeholder managementExperience supporting integrations and associated delivery activities (ERP integration exposure)Confidence supporting UAT, cutover readiness and post-implementation supportLocal government or council ERP environment experience is highly desirableOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
