This performance and the strength of the portfolio underpin the Company's purpose of growing long-term value for shareholders, our people, and our communities by mining safely and responsibly.Job DescriptionThe opportunityWe are currently looking for an experienced Resource Development Geology Manager to join our Technical Services leadership team at our Duketon operation.Reporting to the General Manager Technical Services (Perth), you will be accountable for leading the Resource Development function at the Duketon Operations, providing strategic direction, technical governance and operational leadership across Resource Development, geological data management and orebody knowledge.This leadership role is responsible for maximising the value of Regis' mineral assets through the delivery of high-quality geological models, resource growth opportunities,



resource conversion and effective integration with exploration, mining, processing and technical services teams.This is a FIFO role, working on an 8:6 roster ex-Perth.The main responsibilities of this role include:Develop and execute the resource development strategy aligned with the Life of Mine Plan and broader business growth objectivesProvide technical leadership for resource growth, resource conversion, Ore Reserve optimisation, and associated drilling programsEnsure geological interpretations and resource models inputs are robust, fit for purpose, and compliant with reporting standards and the JORC CodeDrive continual improvement in geological models, orebody understanding, geological standards, QA/QC systems and database integrityLead, mentor and develop a high-performing geology team, fostering a collaborative and safety-focused cultureManage departmental budgets, resourcing plans and long-term resource development activitiesBuild strong cross-functional relationships with exploration, mining, processing and technical services teams to optimise business outcomesDesired Skills and ExperienceAbout youTo be successful for this role, you will have:Tertiary qualification in GeologyExtensive geological experience within the resources sector, preferably in Archean and/or orogenic gold systemsProven experience in resource development, mine geology,
