Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the Project Engineer will play a critical role in the planning, coordination, administration and delivery of civil construction projects across Victoria.
You will work closely with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.Key responsibilitiesAssist with project planning, programming and resource coordinationSupport project delivery from commencement through to completionCoordinate subcontractors, suppliers and project stakeholdersReview drawings, specifications and project documentationPrepare and monitor project schedules and look-ahead programmesAssist with progress claims, variations and contract administrationMonitor project costs, procurement and project performanceSupport quality assurance processes, ITPs and project documentationConduct site inspections and provide technical engineering supportMaintain accurate project records, reports and registersPromote and maintain strong safety and environmental performance across projectsAbout youCivil Engineering Degree, Construction Management qualification or equivalent experiencePrevious experience working on civil construction projectsStrong understanding of construction drawings,
