You'll be calm in the chaos, bringing alignment and accountability at every stage.What we're looking for5+ years of digital project management and change delivery experience (B2B or agency setting preferred)A proven track record delivering complex digital projects, including digital platforms, headless architectures, site migrations and multi-stream deliveryConfidence managing multiple projects in parallel and juggling competing prioritiesStrong stakeholder and vendor management skills with a focus on trust and transparencyChange management experience able to plan and implement strategies that drive adoption and minimise disruptionExcellent communication and problem-solving skills, you make the complex feel manageableAbility to lead key project ceremonies and governance meetings, from daily stand-ups and working groups through to senior stakeholder forumsFamiliarity with Agile delivery and tools like Jira, Confluence, Microsoft OfficeManage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring adherence to quality, time, and financial objectivesCommunicate clearly and align project goals with stakeholders and technical teams.Experience with pre-sales, working in conjunction with our internal team to ascertain resources and budgets for future projectsBonus if you haveMinimum of 5 years of digital project management and Change Management experience in B2B ITExperience shaping proposals or working on pre-sales with internal teamsA good grasp of Adobe Experience Manager or similar CMS, DXP and front-end technologiesAn interest in improving delivery frameworks and internal processesWhy Vervio?
