Education & Quality Manager – Residential Aged Care | Erina, Central CoastAn exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Education and Quality Manager to join a leading aged care provider.This role places you at the heart of a medium size residential care home, where your leadership and commitment to excellence will directly impact residents, families, and staff.About the RoleThe Education & Quality Manager plays a key leadership role in driving continuous improvement, mentoring clinical teams, and fostering a high-performance culture that supports quality aged care delivery.Key Responsibilities:Provide leadership, coaching, and support in clinical best practice and complianceGuide team members on aged care quality standards and scope of practiceMaintain and action the Care Home's Plan for Continuous Improvement (PCI)Manage and submit data for the National Quality Indicator Program (NQIP)Oversee monthly care audits and ensure corrective actions are implementedSupport excellence in resident care through assessment, planning, and evaluationEnsure all documentation meets policy, legislative,
