The Cybersecurity team supports all of Hollard's diverse security technologies protecting our cloud, traditional on-premisesplatformsand custom-developed applications.

on time,andto the standard we have committed to our Steering Committee.You will be supported by a team of highly engaged and talentedBAUcybersecurity team andadditionalcapabilities you willrequireas needed through our network of partners.Your duties and responsibilitiesOwn end-to-end delivery of theproject stream, driving progress against plan and holding delivery teams and yourself accountable for delivering committed outcomes and milestonesActively push to remove blockers andmaintainmomentum, escalating decisively where needed, chasing down dependencies, and creating a culture of accountability and follow-through across contributing teamsFacilitate work breakdown workshops with security and technology subject matter experts to define scope, activities, effortestimatesand sequencing for each initiativeDevelop,maintainand manage realistic delivery schedules,milestonesand dependencies across the workstream, adjusting plans as circumstances change while protecting committed outcomesMonitor and report on delivery progress, financials,effortand forecasts against plan, providing clear and honest status reporting to the CISO and theprojectsteeringcommitteeEnsure delivery aligns with the program'sobjectiveof returning Hollard to within cyber risk appetite, keeping outcomes and risk reduction, not just activity, front of mindAbout YouDemonstrated experience leading delivery of technology or cyber security programs or workstreams, with a proventrack recordof driving initiatives to completion in complex environmentsStrong core delivery and project management skills, including work breakdown, scheduling, milestone management, financial monitoring,



progress reporting and risk and issue managementExcellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to motivate and hold accountable people who do not directly report to you, across both technical and business teamsGood understanding of cyber security and technology operations to grasp what is being delivered, prioritise issues sensibly, help unblock problems, andidentifythe right people to solve them (this is not a hands-on technical role)Experience in general insurance, banking, superannuation, or another regulated financial services environmentis preferredWorking at HollardAt Hollard, you'll discover an environment where you can truly make an impact.
