Joint Accreditation System of Australia and New Zealand – Canberra ACTJASANZ is seeking a highly capable and motivated Sector Manager to manage our Business & Innovation sector.
This role is instrumental in supporting the development, evaluation, and oversight of accreditation schemes that drive innovation, quality, and security across a range of industries.
You will work at the intersection of technology, standards, and policy—to strengthen the role accreditation can play to meet stakeholder quality assurance needs.
The demands for stronger governance across Australia and New Zealand include information security, artificial intelligence, privacy, food and environmental systems.
You will collaborate with government, industry, internal teams, accredited bodies, and international stakeholders to support the delivery of robust, future-focused accreditation services that promote trust and excellence in the marketplace.Key responsibilitiesContribute to the development and maintenance of accreditation schemes in areas such as Information Security Management Systems (ISMS), Artificial Intelligence Management Systems, Quality, Food and Environmental Management Systems, Asset Management and Privacy FrameworksInterpret and apply international standards (e.g., ISO/IEC *****, ISO/IEC *****, ISO/IEC *****,
