This role is responsible for ensuring the right product is in the right place at the right time, leveraging data, insights, and cross-functional inputs to drive channel performance and support continued growth.
You will provide channel-specific insights, manage stock positioning, and identify opportunities to improve sell-through, stock-turn, and overall commercial outcomes.
This role is highly collaborative, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Global teams to align forecasts, support go-to-market execution, and deliver an elevated customer experience across all channels.What You'll DoDemand Planning & ForecastingOwn the development, maintenance, and submission of monthly demand plans for assigned channelsPartner with key accounts to build detailed and accurate forecasts optimizing sales and inventoryAnalyze historical sales, market trends, and forward-looking strategies to build accurate forecastsContinuously monitor and adjust forecasts based on trading performance, campaigns, and external factorsIdentify risks and opportunities,



providing actionable recommendations to improve forecast accuracyInventory & Replenishment ManagementPartner with global supply teams to validate replenishment plans and maintain optimal stock levelsSupport allocation decisions across channels and regions to maximize sales and service levelsActively manage in-season trading by identifying and actioning stock risks (overstock/stock-outs)Channel Planning & PerformanceOwn channel-level planning, including sell-through, and stock performanceSupport in-season and post-season reviews, providing insights and recommendationsSupport range reviews by delivering data-driven insights to inform product and commercial decisionsContribute to GTM planning and channel strategy execution, ensuring alignment to business objectivesReporting & InsightsCreate and maintain reporting that supports data-driven decision makingTranslate complex data into clear, actionable insights and commercial recommendationsLeverage global and local data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance gapsCross-Functional CollaborationPartner closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Global teams to ensure alignmentSupport execution of product launches, campaigns, and key commercial initiativesBuild strong relationships to ensure transparency, alignment, and timely delivery of outcomesWhat You BringGreater than 5 years of experience in merchandise planning, demand planning, or similar role (retail, FMCG, or multi-channel environment)Bachelor's preferred or equivalent experienceAdvanced Excel capability; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) preferredExposure to planning systems (e.g., IBP)
