ideas and passion for food will be valued.You will:Lead and inspire a high-performing kitchen teamDeliver nutritious, appealing and resident‐focused menusManage food safety, quality and compliance standardsDrive continuous improvement and innovation in dining servicesBuild positive relationships with residents, families and colleaguesFoster an inclusive and supportive kitchen cultureAbout YouWe're looking for someone who brings both culinary expertise and compassionate leadership.You will have:Qualification in Commercial CookeryExperience managing large‐scale catering operationsStrong understanding of food safety and HACCP principlesExperience leading and developing teamsAbility to prepare diverse, high‐quality meals while maintaining nutrition and flavourExcellent communication and customer service skillsA positive, collaborative and adaptable approachPrevious experience in aged care, healthcare, hospitality or large catering environmentsAbout BaptistCareBaptistCare is one of Australia's leading faith‐based care organisations, supporting people and communities for more than 110 years.
