We're seeking a motivated and strategic Team Leader Business Analysis to join our Business Improvement Unit!
About the Role:This is an exciting prospect to lead a team of business analysts while partnering with leaders across the organisation to identify opportunities, streamline processes, and deliver meaningful improvements that enhance services for our community.Reporting to the Coordinator Business Improvement, you'll lead a team of Business Analysts in driving continuous improvement across the Cairns Infrastructure & Assets Directorate.
Working closely with managers and key stakeholders, you'll identify opportunities to streamline processes, optimise systems, enhance service delivery and deliver measurable business outcomes.
This hands‐on leadership role combines team development, stakeholder engagement, business analysis and change management to create lasting improvements that support operational excellence and a strong customer‐focused culture.What We're Looking For:Tertiary qualifications in Business Management, Change Management, Business Analysis, Project Management or a related discipline,
