We arecurrently looking for an experienced Service Delivery Team Leader to join ourteam.
Key duties will include:Supervising, supporting, andcoaching a team of Aged Care Support Workers in their daily rolesParticipating in recruitmentactivities including interviews and team member inductions Supporting teammember onboarding , buddy shifts, and personal engagement plansPlanning and participating in regularteam meetingsCollaborating with CaseManagers and others on client casesAssisting with oversight andtimely completion of training plans forSupport WorkersLiaising with team members inrelation to grievances, disputes, or performance issues, referring to the ServiceDelivery Manager when necessaryEnsuring the safety andwellbeing of team members and clients at all timesPromoting and supportingperson-centred care, encouraging clients to remain active and connected intheir local communitiesReporting incidents, accidents,and issues in line with Holdsworth policies and proceduresParticipating in a rotatingon-call roster to support out-of-hours operations, including evenings,



weekendsand Public HolidaysMaintaining accurate and timelyrecords of team member and client interactions using organisational systemsRequirementsWe are seeking a candidate who:Has several years of experiencein a team leadership or supervisory role within aged care, disability, orcommunity servicesHas demonstrated experience inscheduling and managing workforce availability for a care services teamHas demonstrated experiencesupervising, coaching, and developing frontline support staffHas experience managingperformance issues, grievances, and conducting performance reviewsHas knowledge of, ordemonstrated compliance with, the SCHADS Award including contracted hoursobligationsHolds a current Australiandriver's licence, valid CPR and First Aid certificate, and National PoliceCheck (all mandatory)Highlydesirable:Holds a Certificate III or IVin Aged Care, Individual Support, or Community ServicesUp to $15,900 salary packagingbenefit available through Holdsworth's registered not-for-profit statusWFH flexibility possible bynegotiation once established in the roleMeaningful work supportingcommunity members to live independentlySupportive team environmentwithin an established not-for-profit organisation
