• Maintain and reconcile the investment performance measurement system across custodian feeds, unit pricing, and internal records• Perform data quality checks and exception management to identify and resolve source-data discrepancies• Collate and maintain key datasets outside core systems and document definitions, methodologies, and procedures• Support benchmark index and composite calculations• Assist senior performance analysts with attribution analysis against benchmarks• Coordinate with custodian, data vendor, fund accounting, and investment management teams to gather regulatory-submission data• Provide analytical support and explain investment outcomes and regulatory data to non-technical stakeholders• Respond to ad hoc data requests by collating, manipulating, and presenting data from multiple sources• Identify process-enhancement opportunities through automation, improved data sourcing, or risk mitigation• Support internal and external audits with documentation, reconciliations, and explanations• Contribute to projects involving performance-system upgrades, data warehouse development, and regulatory change programsRequirementsHigh attention to detail and a track record of producing accurate, audit-ready outputs under deadline pressureAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Power Query, VBA, and complex formulaeExperience with SQL for data extraction and manipulationStrong understanding of investment concepts, including asset classes, benchmarks, return attribution, and risk metricsTertiary qualification in Finance, Economics,
