You'll be part of a collaborative team led by a manager who is invested in upskilling and developing their team.Responsibilities include:Work across a mix of project delivery, BAU and security & compliance, with the majority of your time focused on project workEngage directly with clients to design and deliver practical, fit-for-purpose solutionsTake ownership of projects end-to-end, maintaining clear documentation in line with ITIL processesDesign,



implement and support solutions across Azure, networking, Windows, M365 and securityContribute to security and compliance activities across client environmentsAct as a senior technical escalation point if requiredExperience required:Proven experience in a Managed Service provider, supporting, designing and developing hybrid and cloud environmentsExperienced in implementing solutions and initiatives in Azure (IaaS and PaaS)Able to articulate and position solutions appropriately to clientsProficiency in IaC tools (Terraform, Bicep) and scripting (PowerShell, Python)Comfortable working to KPIs and billing time against project workSolid server and networking background
