With sophisticated manufacturing facilities, retail stores, and professional trade representation throughout Australia and New Zealand, Stratco has supplied a comprehensive range of products to the building and construction industries, and home improvement and DIY markets for over 75 years.Your mandateYou'll be responsible for planning, executing and optimising digital initiatives that deliver real commercial outcomes, including:Managing multi-channel digital campaigns across paid search, social media, email and organic channels in partnership with external agenciesDriving SEO performance and improving visibility across search engines and emerging AI powered discovery platformsManaging and optimising Stratco's websites to improve customer experiences, conversion, lead generation and online salesSupporting eCommerce growth through improved merchandising, product content, and customer journey optimisationAnalysing campaign,



website and customer performance data to identify growth opportunitiesDelivering actionable insights through reporting and performance dashboardsCoordinating digital activity with agency partners and external stakeholdersWhat You'll BringIf you're a performance-focused, passionate, energetic digital marketer who thrives on turning insight into action and delivering measurable growth, we'd love to hear from you!
Ideally, your experience and attributes will include;3+ years' experience in digital marketing, eCommerce or website optimisationExperience executing campaigns across multiple digital channelsStrong knowledge of customer journeys, conversion optimisation and digital performance metricsExperience managing website content and online product informationConfidence working with agency partners and cross functional stakeholdersProficiency with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager and reporting toolsBonus points if you:Experience within retail, manufacturing, construction, trade or home improvement environmentseCommerce marketplace experienceKnowledge of PIM, DAM or Customer Data PlatformsExperience with Adobe Creative SuiteAt Stratco, innovation, customer focus and continuous improvement are at the heart of everything we do.
