As the single point of contact for the operation and maintenance of a unique highwall miner.
It is a hands-on, customer-oriented role for someone who enjoys the variety of working both in the field and bringing field-based learnings back to the business, and is suited to those who want more technical depth than a traditional account management position offers.What you'll doAct as the primary point of contact for our customer on all operational and maintenance matters for the highwall minerDeliver rapid, responsive support to customers for technical issues, breakdowns, and spare parts requirements, minimising equipment downtimeGrow the business's technical and operational capability in the highwall mining sector, positioning the company as a trusted specialist in the fieldSupport the rollout of a current service level agreement, coordinating parts and service work back through our Mackay workshopWork closely with our Product Support, Engineering and Supply Chain teams as we build local capabilityHelp lay the foundations of a growing regional service and support function as our Australian fleet expandsWhy GainwellA global group with serious backing,
