With flexibility and support to thrive, you'll continue to grow and build a meaningful career, your way.What you'll do at our Eight Mile Plains clinic:Therapy Service Delivery & Program ManagementConduct assessments appropriate to each client's needsManage a discipline-specific caseload, including complex clients, using a case management approachDevelop, implement, review, and adjust tailored therapy programs aligned with client goalsDeliver therapy services across clinic, home, school, and community settings as requiredCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, educators, and stakeholders to optimise client outcomesDevelop and facilitate specialised programs, including group therapy and parent workshopsMaintain current knowledge of industry best practice and contribute to continuous service improvementEnsure all client documentation, including service agreements, consent forms, risk assessments, therapy records, and reports, is completed accurately and maintained in accordance with privacy and confidentiality requirementsTherapy Planning & InterventionComplete initial assessments and establish client-centred goalsDevelop measurable therapy plans targeting identified areas of needPrepare therapy resources, home programs, and session plansCollaborate with other health professionals where requiredConduct school and home visits as appropriateMonitor progress, review outcomes, and update therapy goals and programsComplete client reviews and reports as requiredIdentify opportunities for additional services, programs,
or disciplines and incorporate these into therapy planning where appropriateFunding & AdministrationEnsure therapy plans align with funding availability and funding requirementsReview NDIS plans where applicable to inform service deliveryProvide accurate and timely information to support invoicing and administration processesClinic Operations & Service QualityDeliver evidence-informed therapy services that build on client and family strengths, needs, and prioritiesSupport inclusion and participation in community activitiesMaintain effective communication with clients, families, and stakeholdersParticipate in service evaluation, training, audits, and quality improvement activitiesEnsure compliance with ESA Clinical Operational Standards and NDIS requirementsAudit client files, clinical notes, and activity records to support quality and complianceManage incidents and complaints in accordance with organisational policiesLeadership & Team DevelopmentProvide clinical supervision, mentoring, performance coaching, and caseload support to team membersConduct regular one-to-one meetings and maintain accurate recordsComplete annual performance reviews and support career development planningContribute to workforce planning, leave management, and achievement of team performance targetsSupport recruitment, onboarding, training, and succession planningUtilise professional development opportunities to strengthen leadership and clinical capabilityStakeholder Engagement & ComplianceBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, referrers, community organisations, and service providersParticipate in networking and relationship-management activities to support service growthMaintain strong collaborative relationships across internal and external teamsComply with organisational policies, professional standards, child safety obligations, cultural competence requirements, and workplace health and safety proceduresActively identify, manage, and mitigate risks to support secure, effective,
