About The RoleWe're looking for an experienced hands-on SMP Supervisor lead crews across structural, mechanical, piping and FRP projects across mining and industrial projects.This isn't a desk job.
You'll be leading by example-supervising crews while remaining actively involved in the work when required.
You'll coordinate daily site activities, maintain safety standards and ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality.The role is based in our Thornton office and involves regular travel to projects throughout NSW and Mt Isa, working across both surface and underground mining environments.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and work along side teams across SMP and FRP (form, reo & pour)



scopesActively participate in site works while supervising daily activities Coordinate daily site activities to meet project timelines and budgetsEnsure all works are delivered safely and in line with specificationsDrive strong WHS compliance and lead by example on the tools and on siteMentor tradespeople and apprentices to build a high-performing teamLiaise with project managers, engineers, and clients About YouTrade qualified or previous hands-on industry experienceNSW Supervisor ticket (G1, G8 or G9) or equivalentStrong hands on experience across FRP, structural, mechanical and piping construction worksPrevious supervisory experience in mining, construction or heavy industryUnderground mining experience highly regardedStrong leadership with a practical "lead from the front" mindset.
