WHAT WILL YOU DO?
You'll help keep Mercure Newcastle looking its absolute best by:Leading,



training and motivating housekeeping staffCoordinating daily room allocations and schedulesPreparing and distributing daily allocation sheetsMonitoring arrivals, departures and priority roomsInspecting rooms and public areasMonitoring productivity and workflowCommunicating between room attendants and supervisorsHandling guest requests and special requirementsManaging cleaning supplies and amenitiesMaintaining room status, DND reports and service logsSupporting the team with daily operational issuesEnsuring health, safety and housekeeping standards are maintainedARE YOU OUR NEXT TEAM LEADER?
We're looking for someone who is: Reliable and organised Confident and ready to lead Detail-oriented A robust communicator Proud of their work Comfortable working rotating rosters, weekends and public holidaysIdeally, you'll have:Previous Housekeeping Supervisor experienceExperience with room allocationsExperience using Opera and HubOSValid working rights in AustraliaTHIS IS MORE THAN SUPERVISING.
