Moreland Community Child Care Centres – Brunswick West VIC
As Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, management and operation of Dunstan Reserve.
Working closely with the Executive Director and broader leadership team, you will provide strong direction across day-to-day operations and service management, leadership and performance of a large team, compliance with the National Quality Framework and relevant legislation, child safety and wellbeing, financial and resource management, rostering and workforce planning, enrolments and relationships with children and families, quality improvement, building partnerships with the local community, and supporting the service's educational and pedagogical practice.

About you
A minimum of 3 years' demonstrated experience in a Centre Manager, Centre Director,



Service Manager or similar senior early childhood leadership roleStrong knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework and regulatory requirementsDemonstrated experience leading a large team and managing the complexities of a high-capacity serviceStrong organisational, operational and time-management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsThe ability to lead with authenticity, accountability, empathy and professionalismDemonstrated experience supporting staff performance, development and wellbeingA strong understanding of child safety and a commitment to creating child-safe environmentsThe ability to build positive and respectful relationships with children, families, educators and stakeholdersExperience in quality improvement and driving positive outcomes for children and teams
