As a Team Leader – Impairment Benefits, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and performance of a team managing impairment benefit claims.
You will oversee workflow, support quality and timely decision-making, manage complex matters and ensure the team delivers against business and WorkSafe objectives.
You will provide strong people leadership through coaching, development and performance management, while fostering a positive, accountable and high-performing team environment.
