Continued growth has created this newly established role, a genuine chance to join a business on the rise that's invested in your long-term career development.About The RoleAs Technical Sales Engineer, you'll take ownership of the complete customer journey, from early-stage project development right through to contract sign-off, engaging a broad mix of stakeholders across the renewable energy and utility sectors.This is a full-time position based on-site at the company's Box Hill office, five days a week when not in the field.Your responsibilities will include:Developing account strategies and growth plansBuilding strong familiarity with the industry, product range,



and project delivery processDelivering outstanding customer service and account management to establish and grow strong, senior-level relationships with key strategic clientsDriving strong customer satisfaction outcomesCapturing relevant customer insights to support sales strategyCollaborating closely with project teams to exceed customer expectationsLeading customer engagement initiatives as neededResolving client concerns and issues quickly and professionallyOwning and progressing sales opportunitiesDeveloping and delivering client proposals and presentationsTravelling interstate and internationally as requiredAbout YouTo succeed in this role, you'll bring at least three years' experience in a similar or related position, pairing technical credibility with strong commercial instincts gained in the energy or utilities space.You'll bring:Hands-on experience with, or strong familiarity with high voltage utility or large-scale renewable energy projects (solar, wind, BESS, substations, or transmission)A track record in strategic account and relationship management, ideally within energy or utilitiesExisting industry relationships you can put to use from your first daySolid technical grounding, with electrical engineering or power transformer experience highly valuedStrong presentation, negotiation, and communication capabilityThe ability to influence and build relationships with key internal stakeholdersConfidence presenting to small groups and senior leadershipIndependence, proactivity, and strong problem-solving instinctsHigh commercial acumen and close attention to detailA current driver's licenceAustralian Citizenship or Permanent Residency (mandatory)Why Apply?
