This is an exciting opportunity to work with a team of talented solicitors and support staff and further develop your skills and career within a fun and supportive work environment.You will be part of an energetic team with direct mentoring from senior Principals and will have the prospect to develop your skills across a range of taxation, trusts, superannuation, structuring and succession planning, areas.Key ResponsibilitiesCore duties and responsibilities of your new role will include:Conducting legal research and drafting advice to clients on a range of trust mattersDrafting private client legal documentation (trust deeds, family constitutions, business and asset succession plans, limited recourse borrowing arrangements for super funds, etc)Drafting advice on a wide range of trust law issues (including with recent new legislation for Property Law Act and Trusts Act in Queensland),Acting on contentious trust law matters as they arise for trustees or beneficiaries under:Discretionary trustsTestamentary trustsSuperannuation fundsAssisting with managing client relationshipsDeveloping and maintaining current knowledge in the following areas:Taxation as it relates to trusts, deceased estates and business succession arrangementsTrustsSuperannuationStructuringSuccession (private client and business)Ideally, you will have:Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.An interest in, or experience with, taxation, trusts, superannuation and succession planningHigh analytical skills and attention to detailA commercial approach and willingness to develop deep client relationshipsWhile not essential, experience in other tax areas,
