Islamic College of Brisbane is seeking a Dean of Students (School Officer) for a specialist full time term-time role to support staff with student wellbeing and behaviour needs.
Reports to Head of Student Wellbeing and Support and oversees discipline and data management during school weeks.Key duties include implementing the policy consistently, analysing trends, guiding staff in behaviour strategies, and mentoring at‐risk students.
